Yes as long as they haven't had their nipples moved; which is more common with breast reduction

To put this simply yes to be more complicated yes as the implant is not put into the milk giving gland.

Ive got implants,and I could if I wanted.I have 2 girls nearly 12 and 13.no more babies for me.they are the reason I got implants!!!

implant is placed behind the breast tissue and nowhere near the milk ducts.
