They do sriously sweat,
In times past farmers would rub home made bread against the pig for the pork taste.

no pigs dont sweat thats why they need a good mud hole when its hot out to lay in to keep cool

They do sweat but in to there bladder hence bacon being so salty. That is why they roll in the mud all the time becauce there pores do not let out moisture to cool them down!
And they are one of the cleanest animals(honestly they are apparently)
