I'm a foreigner and I'm not familiar with English
so even though the question sounds a bit dumb, please leave an answer.

I know what 'lemon' and a 'tree' is.
I'm curious if there's another meaning.
I've heard a song that goes..

'Yesterday you told me 'bout the blue blue sky
And all that I can see is just a yellow lemon tree'

The 'lemon tree' in the lyrics, does that have a meaning something else besides the meaning in the dictionary?

Gee - I don't mean to sound dark or mean here but - lemons do grow on trees. So do most citrus fruits that I can think of. So a lemon tree is just a lemon tree.

Pineapples actually grow on vines on the ground though.

Not sure if this is the same song or not:

Lemon tree, very pretty, and the flower is very sweet --
But the fruit of that poor lemon is impossible to eat!

I think it's a metaphoric song, talking about love and sex. But no, it's not a general meaning. Just one songmeister's idea.

Blue sky refers to "when things are going really great"
And the lemon tree refers to "it does not seem so great"
Lemons often refer to something soured or not working as in "The car was a lemon" Hope that helps.
