I have no idea who will be the 300,000,000th American, but it is estimated to happen sometime this fall between September - November.

They say the 300th million American will be born to either Anglo-Saxon Protestant parents or Hispanic parents sometime in October of this year. They say there's a good chance it will be Hispanic because they are having children at a faster rate than any other race in America.
