What is your preference and why? I don't have a preference, I love 'em both. I have a cat though right now, and he is great.

Cats. They're more independent. You don't have to give them so much attention, or walk them.

Both but dogs are probably my choice, cus if you had almost every cat you see run up to you and start scratching like crazy I'm sure you would hate em too.

dogs!!!! their the best....i dont hate cats but i find that dogs are more loyal than cats....
my neighbour starte feeding and taking care of this cat and as soon as they stopped feeding it....it never came back.....
but when they fed this dog...it stayed with them......and it still stayed with them even when they stopped feeding it....this shows that it didnt only stay for food...
now dont ask me why my neighbour stopped feeding these animals in the first place because i havent a clue.....
but i do know that the dog remained loyal and grateful....and it stayed with them till the day it died....

Dogs are more fun. Cats will walk on your face as if you are just the floor.
Rhinos are sweet and keep intruders away just as well as dogs do (better than my weiner dogs, even), and they don't bark all the
@#$*&*%% time. They don't shred the furniture either. Downside is frequent fence repair needed.
