bad rep due to ex spreading history and rumours?

me and my ex had sex, now after we broke up, he's tellin everybody about it. plus, wenever he sees me wif other guys he makes up rumours about us even wen we're just friends. he's giving me a totally bad rep, i'm not sure if ppl really take in wt he says but wt should i do if they do?

you could ignore him, or you Could spread the rumor that you broke up because he has a teenie weenie...
that will shut him up!

if anyone questions it ...or he says it in front of you ...politely remind everyone....it's always the one that got hurt....that keeps talking....
