If you pay attention you will notice that the same people complain about the weather all the time, and probably complain about everything else all the time also. In the winter it is too cold, in the summer it is too hot. Some people are happiest when they have something to complain about.

Because it's so complainable! One minute it would be raining then the other would be as hot as hell...crazy!! Who wouldn't complain with that kind of weather???

Because its a safe way to make conversation--the weather is a topic that bonds all people despite race, political party, gender, and age! And oh my it is Indeed so very hot--and how about yourself? :)

"Why is it some people always complain?"
The answer: because they have nothing better to do.

Obviously you don't live in Houston, or you would be able to answer your own question! While it is hot (gets up to, and sometimes over, 100 degrees) the humidity, typically over 90%, makes the heat unbearable.
