Gets pretty anoying ,
What do they mean by it anyway , Loser in life ? ,Loser with women ? , Loser in society ? ,Loser economicly ?

Girls that do that are still 'little girl brained' and will stay that way probably forever. It's also natures way of letting you know that she has an unpleasant personality and should thus be avoided

It depends on the circumstances, when a girl want you to back off, she may call you "Loser", when a girl really like you and wait for your approach for an hour, and end up, you said, "Hi, it is real nice day, nice to meet you, bye!" She will be angry, she will call you "Loser". Or maybe, they are many girls who like you, but you are chasing for this one particular girl, and she cut you dead, and you beg in front of her. This is really breaking the heart of those ladies who love you. They will call you "Loser", which means there are pretty better one out there, why that one? I hope you get the idea. Next time, when you hear it, think about what just happen, then you will know what "Loser" refers to.

The term loser is used to sum up all of the things that make the Loser a loser. It covers everything that's wrong with you.
For example, you could be a loser for asking what the term "Loser" means.

I think it's pretty stupid when a girl says it. So I think they are losers too.

that you arent good enough for them some mean it differently but you mostly get that in a crowd of girls

If they are saying it to you, then they probably mean "Get lost" as in please stay away from them and leave them alone.
