Funny that I am reading this today. I have been struggling with these very same things. My doctor told me that they are clogged milk ducts. The Montgomery gland is right on.

The cancer thing don't worry about that unless they bleed and not from squeezing them either.

They aren't pimples...they are called Montgomery Glands and they are normal. They secrete fluids that keep the nipple lubricated and clean.

better check it out with your doctor. not to scare you or anything, i was sent an email that indicated "normal" symptoms, like yours and it turmed out to be a rare form of breast cancer that looks as simple as an insect bite. however, it is rare. so don't be too alarmed.

just check with the doctors and askthem about it.
