downloading process starts falling....plz can any one tell me the reason and how to fix this and there is an option when i right click the torrent while it is downloading which says"force start torrent" plzz tell me wht does it do......??!!

Good grief. do a little research on the program you are using.
Torrents download from other users, so the speeds will be fast one second and slow the next.
It will take a few hours to download anything, larger files might take up to a full day or longer.

I cant answer without knowing what client your useing
if it's a Utorrent then just restarting a few times will clear it up.
