What is the difference in a Korean, Chinese and Japanese person? Is it just the place they are from.....?

All three countries have different histories, and even within each country there are different ethnic groups.
But about the only way a westerner can tell them apart is by their language. There are differences in traditional clothing, but that is rarely worn outside of the country.
