are there any USB 5.25 floppy drives?

I would look for an external 5.25 drive and work at from that angle. I can't imagine that you're wanting to keep using those 5.25, I hope you're just wanting to copy them onto something more current and move on with the data. Good luck!

Yeah....it doesn't depend on your computer speed...as long as you can find a 5.25 floppy drive to put in your computer. Then just set it up just like a 3.5 drive

Yes, it should use the same cable interface as the 3.5 floppy but take up the space of a CD or DVD ROM. Good luck!

5.25 and 3.5 formats use the same interface, but sometimes different cables. You should be able to find a proper cable and connect it to the FDD connector on your motherboard and make this work.

Hardest part should be physically mounting the drive, if your case does not have standard bays.

It depends on the computer's bios. Go into the setup and check if 51/4 is supported under removable drives.

Maybe if you change the case
those old things were rather large.
finding the drivers may be a bit of a problem.
I'm just not sure it's worth the trouble...
