why is it that if a man loves a woman he does dumb things like being with a next woman and dont mean it why?

why if he really loves that female should she take him backeven though it hurts and the break up was not good?(remember he is in love with his woman)

Just like animals - that is their way to show their machismo.

A way to boost their ego. They don't take into consideration others/ GF feeling except their own
