On the New Super Mario Bros. for Nintendo DS it always skips World 4 and World 7.Anybody here who can help me out?

Beat the bosses while mini, I believe. Google New Super Mario Cheats. Then you'll know.

it sounds as if you're inadvertantly using a cheat to get ahead -- there are portals you can go down that will advance you.
