Make sure she knows its not contagious, and then have sex with the lights off.
For best results, you need ot talk to her and see whats really going on. Maybe she just doesn't feel well. Communication is key here.

Did you tell her that it's a skin pigmentation disorder and that it's NOT contagious. It's not a sign of serious disease either - even though some people with auto-immune disorders have it more frequently than those who do not.
She's probably scared or nervous that it's something she could get. Invite her to see your dermatologist WITH you so that she can find out all the facts she needs to know for herself. Good luck.
