Stay hydrated with plenty of water every 15 minutes or so.
Stay out of the direct sun & heat during the mid point of the day.
Stay in the shade as much as possible.
Wear sunblock & keep applying it throughout the day.
Take more frequent breaks instead of just once or twice.
Stay inside & complete some indoor chores instead of working outside.
Wear loose clothing. Cotton absorbs perspiration better than other fabrics.
Heat exhaustion is a serious consideration & deadly. If you become dizzy, sweat profusely, nauseated move immediately to cool down your body in any way that you can.

Try avoid the outdoors, stay inside with Air Conditioning. Wear only cotton clothing and not too much of it, carry a spray bottle of water with you and when it's REALLY HOT then spray yourself dooooown!
Those are a few good ways to keep cool. Good luck with it! Where do you live that it's sooo hot? I live in Miami....

As a native of a region where the temperature in summer regularly touches 100 degrees, I recommened regular application of hand pats of water to the back of the neck and face. Air conditioning, fans, and evaporative coolers...and prayer for rain, in equal measure.

A fan is good, air conditioning is better, either way, make sure you keep the doors and windows closed once the room is cooled.

Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. Also a cup of hot soup or other hot food will raise your body temperature so the heat doesnt seem as hot - will also sweat less. Keep indoors and out of the sun.
