Stay out of the direct sun & heat during the mid point of the day.

Stay in the shade as much as possible.

Wear sunblock & keep applying it throughout the day.

Take more frequent breaks instead of just once or twice.

Stay inside & complete some indoor chores instead of working outside.

Wear loose clothing. Cotton absorbs perspiration better than other fabrics.

A fan is good, air conditioning is better, either way, make sure you keep the doors and windows closed once the room is cooled.

Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. Also a cup of hot soup or other hot food will raise your body temperature so the heat doesnt seem as hot - will also sweat less. Keep indoors and out of the sun.
