I guess we all have life lessons to learn and unfortuanatley that includes being in or having some sort of abusive relationships. What doesnt kill us will make us stronger.

Because sometimes they don't know anything else, because they have been abused for so long!!!! And sometimes as much as they want out of the relationship to them it is some sign of affection. And as well, as much as they want out of that relationship, that other person is always there, or threatening, either them or their family. So, it does make it hard to get out of the situation. Did you ever see the movie I think it was called Burning Bed with Farah Fawcett??? It was good!!!

Because of lots of reasons... they don't have any other alternative but to put up with it... because they think they have no other alternative but to put up with it... because they do not realize it yet they are being abused... So unless you are a bit more specific, how can we help ?!
