Brown outs are lies made up by huge energy companies to make the public think that there is an energy crisis.. In turn the energy companies ask for rate hikes to improve ifrastructure only to line their own pockets... ENRON...

we suffer brown out every year in florida. we have just gotten used to it. a cold drink and a jump in the pool and all is well.
