HE gave the working man a helping hand and brought about the largest improvements to mankind since the building of the pyrimids.THIS was done under tight government control and oversight with very little control or profit going to private industry .REMEMBER your employeer is doing you a favor by providing a job to you.YOU do nothing for him and without him you would be living in the woods .I have listened to plenty of my fellow small business owners speak of workers as being indebted to them for making the work possible and they somehow owe the boss for this with loyalty and hard work and who are they to complain cause without me they would be scratching there heads and homeless.
IF you give a man ashot at bettering himself he is always ready to take it .
IF all you offer is work and more of it with no chance of gaining anything then you have problems .
F.D.R. offered jobs to people that made a real differance in the community and took control from powerfull political giants that work behind the seens for there own power and wealth .

during FDR's tenure, heads of American industry plotted to overthrow Roosevelt and install a fascist dictator using disgruntled WWI veterans. the History Channel had a very interesting special on this. I've provided the link to it below.

He kept us in the depression for 8 years (1931-1939), it's truly amazing to me that anybody liked him. He also began turning America into a welfare state. He also, sat on his hands from 1939 to 1941 while Europe was conquered by Hitler. As far as I can tell, his only redeeming quality is that when we finally got into WW2, he did a good job as commander-in-chief.
