Let's get "Politically correct"

There was an old lady who lived in a shoe.
I don't know why she lived in a shoe.
She lived in a shoe and went to the zoo.
She took a train, and flew a plane.
....and then they came....
They searched her bags, then...
...dropped her drawers...
to the floor.
And now the old lady,
she don't go to the zoo...
...anymore.

It was OK.
I don't think it was as clever as it pretends to be. It'll do as a first draft, but needs work done on it - the first three lines fall flat, the scansion falls in several places and there is a general feeling that the poem doesn't seem to know what it wants to be.
