That depends on the particular woman's capacities and capabilities. A smart independent and capable woman would make a great leader...a less capable sort probably less. But again it will all fall on the particular person...no one is the same...just like men.

P.S. No more Clintons...just as bad as Bushes in my opinion. Get someone else!!!

I don't necessarily just because I have had my share of horrible PMS days (and I have heard menopause can be awful) where I just want to go off on everyone around me. That would not be a good day to meet with world leaders. LOL

Gender, alone, is not a definitive criteria any more than race, religion or sexual orientation would be. Some women would be better world leaders than what we have and some would not.
