It can be discovered as early as week 14. but typically most expecting parents find out around week 20 depending on the date of the next apointment. Week 14 is very early though so don't count on it. And most insurances only approve so many ultrasounds. So my suggestion is wait for approx. 20 months. Don't worry if you decide to wait it's not going to effect the sex of the baby :).... Good luck!

I believe you can find out any time around 14 weeks and beyond. Typically around here at least you have an ultrasound around 19 weeks to check baby's anatomy and many are able to tell the sex at that point.

Usually your Dr. will schedule an ultrasound around 20 weeks and you can find out then if the baby will show you. Good luck!!

Well, im 23 weeks pregnant now! and i just found out 3 weeks ago that im having a little boy! so i guess mostly around 20 weeks thats all ive ever heard people have them at.. but i guess it depends on you & your doctor!

between 16 and 20 weeks but not always. if you do find out wait until it's born before going pink or blue because they can be wrong!!!
