Open. But when I lived with my parents it was always closed.

Closed. I have fears relating to leaving a door open, this all started when I was little over a spirit so to keep them out, its usually when the door is closed to keep traffic away.

When I was younger and lived with my parents, it was always closed. Now that I have my own house and my own family, I leave it open for several reasons. If my daughter wakes up in the middle of the night, I want her to be able to find me if she needs me. If I wake up and have to pee really bad, I don't want to waste time trying to open the door. And finally, I wanna hear if someone if trying to break into my house so I can call the cops before they make it upstairs!

Same as The Truth, I kept it closed when I lived with my parents, but I leave it open most of the time now.

Closed. I can't sleep if its open. Never know who or what can come in an open door. And I'd rather not wake up to my dog licking my face...

I like to leave the door closed because I live be myself right now and I guess it just feels more secure knowing that I have that barrier there and privacy...

Definitely closed. Any flicker of light will just disturb me from my sleep. And furthermore, having the door closed makes me feel secure.

I have no door to my room. I sleep in a loft, and only a cloth drape covers the entryway. How's that for unique?!?
