try going to altavista.com and translating the site into english. the text will wrong and the pictures won't work, but all the links will. you should still be able to download if you were allowed to download in the first place.

Safe for work can be used to get around most blocks. Just enter the URL of the site, and it should load.
Another option is to use Google's Cache. Enter the URL of the page you want to visit into a google search. Then, at the bottom of the results, click Show Google's cache of xxx.com. This should show the page you are trying to view.

You could use HTML tunnelling to achieve this, it's slower but it's a way around blocks. Check out the links supplied below. Good luck!

there blocked because you should be doing schoolwork not downloading ilegal files to the schools computer, I hope you get caught and expelled..
