what is somthing stronger that i can take that i can get over the counter or make up i do mix kava and benydryl but it makes me itch

well, I use Benedryl without much trouble, on a pretty regular basis, because I work the night shift, I take it so that I can sleep well during the day. I would say try Tylenol PM, I know some people that use it, chances are you need an MD, sounds like your using it too much....a doctor can help. Benedryl is pretty strong, so it should be working

Why fart around abusing benedryl? Just shove a .45 pistol in your mouth and get the job done correctly.

Please find a doc that you feel comfortable talking to. There are some good docs at free clinics, if that is the case. Maybe, instead of a sleeping pill, you need an antidepressant, then you will be able to sleep, and feel better.

you need to go see a dr before this problem your developing gets out of hand ..seek counseling not another quick fix
