As the question is not very clear, I am going to take a guess at it...
Right click on your dekstop and from the menu that appears select properties
Click on the Screensaver tab
You will see a list of all the screensavers available on your PC
If you want to set up s slideshow, or deisplay a text on your PC, etc, select the appropriate screensaver
(If you are not sure which one, you can preview them)
When you get one you like, use the Settings button to customize it, such as adding yout pictures to the slideshow one, or changing the text for the 3-D text one.

well you can't create your own screen saver....... it's diffiicult to program them... but http://www.download.com has a software with cool graphics to create screensaver... go there and search type... create own screen saver or something like that... do as you do in google search...

i usually just right click on a pic i see and then choose 'set as background' - or if u have a pic saved on your computer, just click on start from your desktop, click on control panel, click on appearance and theme, click on choose a screensaver, then you choose your screensave, click apply, then click ok. this should do it.
