By golly, yes. Here's a list that's sure to please, in order of my personal favorites...
1.) Evil Dead II: Dead by Dawn (1987)... absolutely bar none the best mix of horror and comedy ever to hit the big screen.
2.) Young Frankenstein (1974)... Mel Brooks' inspired take on James Whale's classics.
3.) Dead Alive (1992)... Before King Kong and Lord of the Rings, Steve Jackson made hilarious gore-fests like this one.
4.) The Fly (1986)... not quite 'comic' but Jeff Goldblum brings so much personality to his performance.
4.) Shaun of the Dead (2004)... the most recent comic-horror triumph.
5.) The Fearless Vampire Killers, or Pardon Me but Your Teeth are in my Neck (1967)... the best of the vampire spoofs.
6.) El Dia de la Bestia (1995)... Spanish language horror treat.
7.) Army of Darkness, aka Evil Dead III (1992)... not quite as good as Dead by Dawn, but great performance by Bruce Campbell... the last five minutes in the grocery store is one of the greatest horror-action-comedy scenes EVER!
8.) An American Werewolf in London (1981)... neither super scary, nor super funny, it still remains a very good werewolf genre piece.
9.) Return of the Living Dead (1985)... a lost classic, very 80's movie, but the gore is dead on (no pun intended).
10.) A Chinese Ghost Story (1987)... WOW! A strange Hong Kong horror movie, with Kung-Fu ghosts. Worth seeing dubbed.
11.) Idle Hands (1999)... Teenager loses control over his psychotic paws... hilarity ensues.
12.) The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975)... campy musical best seen dressed up at late night theatres.
13.) The Frighteners (1996)... Another Steve Jackson spoof.
15.) Re-Animator (1985)... Grusome H.P. Lovecraft spoof.
16.) Fright Night (1985)... Teenagers take on Dracula, aided by the hapless Roddy MacDowel, who plays himself as a once-famous horror actor.
17.) Lake Placid (1999)... Betty White's deadpan performance alone makes this worth seeing. But the dialogue here is witty throughout the film. Not very scary.
18.) Tremors (1990)... a great monster spoof, with an interesting cast.
19.) Gremlins (1984)... don't get them wet!
20.) Love at First Bite (1979)... George Hamilton plays the lovelorn Count in this very 80's comedy.

Shaun of the Dead is a great example.
Also, the Evil Dead series are classics. Evil Dead 1 is mostly horror, but in Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness, they really realised how funny it is. Instant classics, all of them.

Santa's Slay with Goldberg. Even if the movie is kinda silly, the first 10 minutes are definitely worth it.
Oh, and Dead and Breakfast.

Shaun of the Dead is probably one of the best ever.....
Shaun is more of satire about Generation-Xers and it just happens to have zombies running around.
I think that and any of the evil dead movies are great for a laugh.
