I'm involved in Real Estate. I own a small mortgage company and am a real estate investor. I'm certainly never had a 4.0, but did graduate from college (economics degree, Univ. of Texas). Being well liked and respected is far better than making good grades. I make pretty good money and work flexible hours. By choice, I never work evenings or weekends. 30 to 40 hours a week is realistic. Read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad".

Best advice / input. If you work for someone else, your income is typically limited. Be your own boss. Don't be a whiner. Take calculated risks. Learn from your mistakes. Don't be afraid to ask for advice, but be careful who you ask advice from. Be good to people. Don't be afraid of success (crazy but true).

Have fun and don't study too hard (but be smart). Remember... Good students make good employees. Good luck.

ps. It is also important to know how to write a proper sentence.
