Kathy Griffith said "it is illegal"?

for anyone in the military to state they are AGAINST being in Iraq & the President. Is this a TRUE statement? I think NOT! Stupid remark from a stupid person!! It might be considered a WRONG thing to state but NEVER illegal.

Have to find out through each branch what their "laws" are, as silly as that sounds.
