any ideas where I can purchase a already made bar for my basement

They are in all furniture stores. Also in the classified section of your daily newspapers. At a daily rate people are selling or giving away their used ones.
If you have a Penny Saver ( a weekly free periodical) in your area, you can find them in there also.

K-mart has a "patio bar" that's pretty nice. You can get the matching barstools too. It will only seat 2 or 3 people.
