for hiring practices. it happened twice to me in open house from same recruiter in NW ssuburb of chicago. I took tesst and was told by recruiter to change my answers two occasions .

Report it to the company employing the recruiter. Recruiters, like all other employees, answer to a supervisor. This is the person you need to talk to if you feel you have been slighted.

Do not start with a lawyer. You will end up spending a lot of money on what may just be a simple misunderstanding - and if you wrongfully accuse the company, it will be you paying the company for libel, slander and/or defamation of character.

Very, very few companies will allow any type of discrimination to exist if they know about it. If this problem does exist, and if brought to their attention - I am quite sure they will handle it.

I would contact a lawyer, most will give a free consult over the phone and will tell you if you have a case or not.
