Just when a man is about to ejaculate, use finger and block the hold while all the semen builds up in there then let go, it shoots like a wine bottle. This causes injaculation, is it healthy?

I would say, if it hurts, it's not healthy. I would just let nature do its thing.... 'nuff said?

It is not healthy. It weakens the muscle that closes off the bladder so that semen shoots out into the vagina. If you injaculate to often soon your semen will only shoot into your bladder and you will not be able to fertilize a woman. Don't do it!
