The first child is 4 and the other is 2, she had c-section with both. I have tried foreplay and manual stimulation, but she just cant have an orgasam with intercourse!

That's an interesting problem your girlfriend has. Maybe you should consult a sex therapist. I doubt Dr. Ruth is still running a show, but i'm sure there are others. ALso, go to the book store or library, get books on sexual techniques. Check out "Sex for Dummies", or "The Idiot's guide to sex." I'm not calling you an idiot or a dummy. That's just the name of the books. lol Maybe you can try some new things to get her hot and bothered enough where she will have that rare orgasm. I have heard of g-spot stimulation, where the girl will actually ejaculate, which can be quite scary if you aren't aware what causes it. Maybe a book specifically on g-spot stimulation would do the trick.
If you tried the above suggestions, and they don't work, then maybe there's something wrong with her, like post-partum depression. That's what happens sometimes when women have babies. How old is the youngest kid? Maybe she's going through some depression and that's causing a roadblock, as far as the big "O" goes.

I sometimes have that problem as well, I suggest more foreplay before haveing intercourse. Maybe even using a vibrator, but dont let her climax and then make love to her.

Most of the females do have this problem. sufficient foreplay & post play and massaging the clitoris is the solution
