no according to the Americans they have won every war since the beginning of time have you seen the film troy i didn't know that the Greeks and Trojans had American accents did you.

How about all of those Vietnam War movies? America loses every single one of those in the long run (Platoon, We were soldiers etc.)
Any southern-set Civil War movie would count as well.

I don't think so. The movie viewing public does not like unhappy endings. They do have plenty of wars to choose from, though - Korea, Viet Nam and Iraq... As long as the tales are told accurately, they all end in losses.

Not sure how one loosens a war. If you mean LOSE war, then I guess when the movie-going public will pay to watch us lose, then more movies will be made.
