Well, to be quite frank with you: If this boy is really your boyfriend, then you have his number, because he will give it to you.
If you don't have his number (which seems to be the case), then the relationship is obviously more a platonic one, or completely a figment of imagination.
So I suggest to get real and face the facts. A guy who will not even give you his number is not a boyfriend. And if you have any pride in yourself, you will act accordingly and find someone who treats you in a decent and normal way.

It sounds like something is going on if he can't give you his phone number. I think I'd be writing him off of my list. Why don't you try finding another boyfriend, one that would give you his phone number and wants to spend time with you.
