I personally do not believe this theory. In Book 6, Dumbledore told Harry all of the items he thought Voldemort had made into Horcruxes. I think he would have told Harry if he suspected him of being a Horcrux. As Melissa Anelli from PotterCast says, he's not gonna be all, "Hey kid, by the way, you're a Horcrux!"

Also, I you mean that Harry's scar is a Horcrux, J.K. Rowling has said that if he is, it is not just a part of him.

He can't be the horocrux because that would mean he would have to destroy himself. We know Harry is not going to die in the last book.

I don't think so. I thought that in order to make a horcrux, you had to perform a specific spell, and have an object that was already prepared for that purpose. If Voldemort was intent on killing Harry he would not hide a horcrux in him on purpose. In order to kill him he would have to destroy part of his soul which is completely contrary to the purpose of a horcrux.

It's possible, Dumbledore did rule out Nagini the snake is a horcrux. Then how Voldemort possessed his mind in Department of Mysteries?

IF Harry is a Horcrux, then Voldemort wouldnt be all out to kill him, would he? The point of a horcrux is to preserve a part of oneself in an object.

That's an interesting theory. I wouldn't say it is impossible; it certainly means Hermoine would have her work cut out, doing reasearch to find a way to destroy the speel without destroying Harry.
