1- what are your strengths? (keep it relevant to the job you are going for)

2- and weaknesses? a tricky one- be careful! i woud not admit to any, but being too 'committed' never hurt..say you've learnt to take time to consider options, before rushing to any (ill-fated?) conclusions..

3- where do you see yourself in 5/10 years? maybe sounding you out as a long stayer, or timewaster.. turn this around and ask what oppurtunties there are to develop your career? NO ONE should be expected to stay in the same position, for that long!

4- do you have a problem working with... (men/women/younger/older people as appropriate) - this should not matter- if they can do their job well, i will respect them.
5- anything to ask us? unless is been covered before, I would definately ask when they want you to start (give them the impression that YOU are the perfect person they are looking for!), and also what the conditions are like (ask to see where you may be working?)

5a- no harm is asking what the salary is likely to be, after you prove yourself (shows willing again!)
