The F1 car would win, because it is the fastest of all these... the fastest with normally aspirated engines and NO TURBOCHARGERS!
In unofficial testing, a BAR Honda 007 (the 2005 car) went 413 kph. Honda is set to resume testing at Bonneville. ChampCars only go like that if they go on ovals. Plus, at high speeds, if you tried to pull a F1 car off the road, it sticks to it. You can drive it upside-down on a tunnel ceiling at 150 kph. ChampCars have less downforce. That's why they are very stable and only flip when flipped by someone else or something else (the last F1 car launched in the air hit a kerb sideways on Sunday's race).
ChampCars and Indy Cars would come fighting it out for second, MotoGP bikes in 4th, Nascars in 5th and rally cars in 6th. No outlaw cars.

I think it would be a tossup between the F1 and MotoGP. Maybe the Indy or Champ would be close, but I don't think the others would have a chance. The power to weight on the NASCAR and Rally, even with the right gearing, would them the slowest. Now the Outlaw car might be a dark horse, I don't know. 'nuff said?

The ChampCar because the heavier weight and softer slick tires would help it "hook-up" better than a F1 car off the line, and it's higher top speed would enable it to pass the bike by the finish line. Also, the F1 cars would be just "gassers" at the dragstrip. What with the soft slicks, tubocharging, a heavy chassis and alcohol, the ChampCar is most like a dragster.

From a standing start, *probably* a Moto GP bike, but possibly an F1 car. Put an F1 car on slicks instead of the current "grooved" tires, and it's even closer.
F1 cars can complete a lap of Montreal's Gilles Villeneuve circuit in under 1:14. A Champcar can do it in under 1:20, and the Champcars have a FASTER top speed on the straights.
That's only possible if F1 cars have better acceleration and braking, and with equal horsepower to Champcars, but with F1 cars at 60% of the weight of Champcars and the torque of 19000RPMs versus 12000RPM, it's no contest. (F1 can also slow down faster with carbon brakes versus Champcar's steel brake drums, but for purposes of a drag race, that's unimportant.)
No other car has the RPMs, horsepower or grip to match those two series. Note that I said _car_.
Because of the weight to power ratio, motorcycles can out perform any car over short distances, but not longer distances. These are typical lap times of four tracks that F1 and Moto GP both run on. They also both run at San Marino, I couldn't find comparative lap times.
China (Shanghai):
F1 - 1:34
Moto - 2:00
Spain (Barcelona):
F1 - 1:16
Moto - 1:44
Malaysia (Sepang):
F1 - 1:35
Moto - 2:04
Turkey:
F1 - 1:27
Moto - 1:54
See:
http://uk.sports.yahoo.com/f1/circuits/index.html
http://www.motograndprix.com/en/motogp/index.htm
In all cases, F1 cars lap in about 75% of Moto GP. But the closest is Shanghai, the track that has the tightest corners and requires the most acceleration, which suggests Moto GP is faster out of corners.
But if you want REAL acceleration, NOTHING beats the Ariel Atom:

0-100km/h in 2.9 seconds, and 600BHP per metric ton.

In a 1/4 mile drag as a general rule I'd favor road race MotorCycle. The race cars are not geared for rapid acceleration off the line generally. The bikes can reach near top speed in a 1/4 mile. They also have the weight advantage. BUt of course a 10sec drag car can't take a corner at Le Mans.

If the drag strip was covered in snow or mud, the rally car would win.

It really depends on what driver you put behind the wheel. Each one has talented drivers and you have to look at the fact they have never done it before. I am going to go with NASCAR though just because I am a bit prejudice
