Some women pregnant with twins say that they feel everything twice as much as they would if they were carrying one, twice the sickness, worse backache etc. However its hard to tell unless these women have had more than one single birth as all pregnancies are different for all different women aren't they?
Most women who have been pregnant with twins following a single birth say the pregnancy was not much different, except for the added weight, making backaches and the normal pregancy pains that much worse.

The symptoms that a woman with twin pregnancy experiences are the same as other women who have singleton pregnancies but they are usually more pronounced.
There is no symptom that is only specific to twin pregnancy. A simple scan will be able to tell you whether you are having twins or not

I had twins. The difference I remember is I became large a lot sooner than my previous pregnancies. I was worried and told my doctor. He laughed at first and joked about it. Next visit I insisted on having a sonogram. While being checked more than one heartbeat was heard, and the doctor finally decided I wasn't bonkers and did the sonogram. Twins! I had trouble carrying them and they were premature. They are my youngest, 22 years old now.

not really. sometimes the 1st clue that you might be having twins is a rather large abdomen than usual for the age of your pregnancy. of course, if you have an ultrasound done that should confirm whether you are having twins or not.

You mean other than having two babies inside your stomach?
You would probably be hungrier and gain more weight than having one baby, but thats hard to judge unless you have already had a baby to compare those things to.

ask your doctor.
I was reading an article and it said that you would most likely have more cravings, more mood swings, getting tired faster, ur belly will get bigger and MORE BABY STUFF TO BUY.
Get a check up so u can keep track of the babies health

IM A TWIN! I DONT LIKE IT THOUGH. JUST WANT TO GIVE YOU SOME ADVICE. LET THEM BE DIFFERENT IN THERE OWN WAYS. AND DONT EVER EVER COMPARE THEM TO EACH OTHER. THAT WOULD JUST MAKE THEM FEEL BAD.
