if u wana stay awake then u must try these things:-
1.take anapple n a glass of milk in morning.
2.take light food in afternoon n night.don't eat too much.this will make u fell asleep.
try this buddy i know this will help u a lot.
ya another thing u must eat plenty of fruits

are you talking about keeping awake at night? Then try taking nap during the day. Or just lie down for an hr -close your eyes - eveni if you don't sleep - it makes feel more refreshed.
If you have trouble staying awake during the day, perhaps you are not getting enough sleep at night. If you work - try sleeping in when you get a day off.
If all this doens't help - you need to see a Dr.
The caffiene most likely gives you a headache because you are very sensitive to it. That would me my opinion.

Some people sleep less than others, some people eat more or less, some people go to the loo every 20 mins, while others go like twice a day. Eveyone is different mate. If your body needs a lot of sleep then don't mess with it cos you'll just make yourself unwell. There are may substances that can keep you awake, most of them are illegal and very detremental to your health.

Drink lots of water, a couple liters a day when you want to stay awake. The constant need to urinate every few hours will keep you awake. Standing up when youre about to doze off helps too.

sleep is a need for body. do not use harmfull things to stay awake. try sleeping for short periods. 5-10 minutes on a chair. it is better to be comfortable. if you fell assleep for 5-10 minutes. you will be healtier when you wake up.
