Dear Selly,
My name is John. This is my first time writing an English letter to you. Do you remember when we met in first grade? You always sat behind me because you were called after me in class. We were both kind of shy at first, but now we've become friends.
When you reached the top of our school, I really envied you. I'm studying hard now; however, my test scores aren't that good.
In writing you, I remember dimly the time when I was in first grade. Since we were in the same class, we went to see movies and concerts together.
Even though we take separate classes (I took a class in Chinese, while you took a class in Japanese), I feel lucky
that we get to see each other frequently. For this reason, you shouldn't forget me, or our friendship. I hope we can take a class together when we enter the third grade. If we enter in the same grade, maybe we'll end up as classmates!

THE CORRECT WAY :)
Hi Selly, my name is I'm John, it's my first time writing an English letter to you. Do you remember the first time when we met in first grade? You would always sit behind me because your name was called later than mine in class. We were kind of shy at first, but now we're friends. When you received good grades I really envied you. I'm studying hard now; however, my test scores are not that good. In writing you, I vaguely remember the time when I was in first grade. When we were in the same class, we used to go to see a movie and a concert together. I remember that you took a Chinese class and I took a Japanese class, and even though we took them separately, we were lucky we lived so close to each other and could see each other frequently. For this reason alone you shouldn't forget me. I hope we can take a class together when we are in third grade, then, we would be in the same room and we would be classmates. Though we won't go to the same school, I hope you will remember me;. Keep in touch often via mail.

Dear Selly,
I'm John. It's my first time writing a English letter to you. Do you remember the time when we first met in 1st grade? You'd always sat behind me because you were called after me in class. We were kind of shy at first, but now we're friends. When you reached the top of our class, I really envied you. I'm studying hard now, however my test score isn't that good. Writing to you, I remember dimly the time when we were in 1st grade. Since we were in the same class, we used to go to see a movie and a concert together. Than you took a Chinese class and I took a Japanese class, so we took classes separately . We get to see each other frequently because we live closely. Because of this , you shouldn't forget me. I hope we can take a class together when we start 3rd grade. Then, you and I would be classmates. Though eventually we won't go to the same school, you should remember me. Keep in touch often by mail.
Ok if was AFTER I went through this that I realized somebody's just having fun with us. damn!

I will try my best.
Hi, Selly. I'm John. It's my first written English letter to you. Do you remember the time when we first met in 1st grade? You'd always sit behind me cause you were called by name latter than me in class. We were kind of shy at first, but now we're friends. When you reached the top of our school, I really envied you. I'm studying hard now, however my test score isn't that good. While writing you, I remember dimly the time when I was in 1st grade. As we were in the same class, we used to go to see movies and concerts together. "Because you took Chinese classes and I took a Japaness classes, our classes became separate." Though, it's lucky to see each other frequently as we live closely. Only for this reason, you shouldn't forget me. I hope we could take classes together when we reach the 3rd grade. Then, there will be room for you and me to be classmates. Though we won't go to the same school, you should remember me. Keep in touch often using a mail.
I hope this serves the purpose. But the sentence in quotes, i didn't understand the meaning. If it is not what you intend to say, please change it.
Thanks for 2 points.
