Yes, there have been a tsunami again in southern part of java (exactly at pangadaran). At least more than 300 people died, and hundred of houses destroyed.
The tsunami was caused by an earth quake in south sea. The tremor of the quake can be faintly feel as far as Jakarta and Bandung.

Here is the update
At least 337 people were killed and 430 injured by the tsunami that smashed into the southern coast of Indonesia's Java Island.
About 150 people were still missing and 52,700 people have been displaced.
The majority of the deaths were in the resort area of Pangandaran in West Java province.

I heard it and I feel so bad for these people. Unfortunately, the area they live in is in what's called the "Ring of Fire". This means there's lots of volcanoes in the area thus more earthquakes and more tsunamis.
