Bush says that Israel “has the right” of self-defense to restore the Israeli soldier captured by the Palestinian Resistance.
*The Zionist Entity raised hell for the captured soldier, but the whole world is giving no tiny attention to 11 thousand prisoners in the Israeli jails, some of them are women, children, cabinet ministers and MPs!
*The Zionist Entity “has the right” of self-defense, but the Palestinian people do not have such a right although the Israeli rockets are targeting innocent civilian homes and “peaceful” sea-sides!
*The Zionist Entity “has the right” of self-defense, but the Palestinian people do not have such a right although they are living under military occupation!
*The Zionist Entity “has the right” of self-defense, but the Palestinian people do not have such a right although their homes are being demolished and their lands being confiscated!

For those who accuse me with ignorance ... you are the ignorant ones ... leaving yourselves to be a Media-Controlled ... believing lies told to you ... living in illusions ... I live in that area of the world ... and you have no Idea of what happens in that country ...
A nice lady here said that if someone attacked me i have the right to defend myself .. right? .. so can someone tell me where was Israel 60 years ago ... there was no country called Israel .. but there was only a country called Palestine .. that no country acknoledges its presence for USA sake ...
Israel occupied a whole country and held its people hostage for a very long time .. a big prison for them called Israel .. they have no rights .. their homes are destroyed and tehir families are putchered everyday .. you just don't hear that kind of news where you live .. but that doesn't mean it's not true ..
So before anyone calls me an ignorant please make sure you know the whole facts .. not just the ones you like ..

The problem with so many of the pro-Israeli politicians today is they turn a blind eye to history, blinded by the Jewish-revisionist version of events dating from the 1920s to the founding of Israel in 1948 and up to the present time. They look for present day "causes" that are not real underlying causes to justify their pro-Israeli position and ignore that part of history that really explains the cause of all the hatred against the Israelis today. In 1948 alone the Zionists destroyed over 400 Arab villages and towns, killing the inhabitants or driving them off their land, yet you will NEVER hear George Bush make reference to this page of history because it does not serve his shallow purpose. By ingnoring this page, you could argue the point that after the Zionists destroyed a village, if the Arabs counterattacked then the Zionists would be innocent victims and have a right of "self-defense" too. So the whole issue of self-defense becomes irrelevant in the context of history. The Jews have created their own problem by their own acts. The fact than one party claims a right of self defense when under attack by another party does not necessarily make that party right and the attacking party wrong, yet the politicians are implying that by invoking the concept of self defense that the party engaging in "self defense" is somehow an innocent party guilty of nothing who is under unwarranted attack. Given the history of the Middle East, one can hardly say that the Israelis are innocent victims, and if anyone is engaging in self defense it is the Arabs, who were driven from their homes and villages by the Zionists decades ago.
Now even North Korea has jumped onto the bandwagon, justifying its missile launches by saying that it also has a right of self defense. In the same vein, a motorist receiving a parking ticket could slug a police officer writing the ticket and claim self defense. This argument of self defense is nothing more than self-serving rationalization for an untenable position.

Everybody concerns the Palestinians as terrorists when they take offensive action. Its like, they shouldn't defend their homes from the Jewish occupation?
Yet, the fact that Israel is decimating a whole town and killing its citizens is considered self-defense...
Governments were in many cases corrupted in many ways. But I am even more infuriated by the Israeli people who support these actions, and actually believe that their actions are justified!
Didn't anyone tell them that they are the ones who are occuping Palestinian territory and not the opposite?
And of course the usual answer from the Jews for those that believe otherwise is that they are ignorant. What other way to answer besides this or corrupting the truth...

Where have you been mars? Have you not noticed all the bombs being used against "The Zionist Entity" from the "Palestinian Entity" you have a news black out? In prison yourself? Israel has been much too patient too "Peace Brained" to do the right thing and the world has held them back from exorcising their right to protect the country. They have lost too many lives to the "Palestinian Entity" Shame on you for being so out of reality, read up then come back. Good grief how can anyone be so ignorant of the facts when there are so many visuals to back it up ~A~
PS,
if someone walks over and kicks your butt for no reason other than they hate you, guess what you have the right to defend yourself too.

The sentence Israel has the right to defend itself makes me laugh, really, self defense against who, against Palestinians who have no weapons but little stones thrown at the enemy's tanks!!! or the Lebanese people who had nothing to do with the matter from the first place, ..since 1948 Israel is expanding through our lands and we are not able to defend ourselves, since 1948 our grandparents are kicked out of their homes and were not even able to collect their personal things, since 1948 mothers are crying for the loss of a child, almost every home in the west bank lost a child or more shot by Israel's soldiers, so, what self defense??? and finally since 1948 up to date we are called ignorant Arabs by the world, who think that we are the guilty side, no matter what we say, very few people know our case and those who know are afraid to be called traitors, but I do thank you for the great question you posted which i hope that maybe just maybe it will be able to make a person think right and be fair for a change.

Most Americans don't support these actions or the views of President Bush. In fact most of us agree that he is a very stupid man. However, at this time he hasn't actually done anything. He has said stupid things but he has taken no action that Americans can oppose. Israel has taken these actions and I think they are wrong as many Americans do but there isn't much we can so about Israel anymore. Osama Bin Laden has given Israel and others a free ride to reak havoc on whoever they choose by simply using the word terrorist. America will do nothing to stop anyone from killing even potential terrorists now.

Of course Israel like any other country has the legal right of self-defense. It's just that they're using excessive force against civilians which is morally not right. I believe reaction has to be proportionate to the action. Beside let's not forget that Hezbollah started it by capturing the soldiers yet Israel fired the first missile on civilians first which called for Hezbollah to start firing against civilians in response. From where i see it, the regular innocent Israeli civilian is not just a victim of Hezbollah, he's a victim of his own government!!!

Only Israel has a right to self-defense in that region. How do you like that?
They are the only entity remotely supporting individual rights; all of the rest are dictatorships.

listen.......israel has the right to exist as a nation. you and your people need to accept that and move on! israel has withdrawn from gaza, withdrawn from lebanon and has made many concessions in an effort for some sort of peace in the region.
what thanks do they get for those concessions? they get hamas and hezbollah moving into those vacated areas for the purpose of CONTINUING to launch attacks on israel! what do you expect them to do when they are attacked??!!?? the "disproportionate" response is the only response! tell your people to stop attacking israel and you may get you regional peace!
as far as the plight of palestinians.....well, they are the ones that elected a terrorist organization to be their representative government. any grievances should be referred to them, not israel or any other country in the world for that matter! stop griping about what other people do and accept some responsibility for YOUR actions!!!
