Do women on council estates have so many children just to claim the social benefit money, or is it a way to prevent them having to look for work?
If neither, then why do they have more children than people who are better off financially.
It's certainly not for love - they shout and beat them so often!
Oh, and they insist on having at least two dogs!

Unfortunately you may be right about that... Some woman probably do get pregnant for money and a lot of woman get pregnant to trap a man and have money... a lot of woman are sick...But there are still woman who get pregnant on accident and end up loving the kid!

In some accepts i agree,It is the slob benefit culture which has been created by the doll and child allowance,I don't think you should have a child unless you can afford to support them,Not take hand outs of the government!
What would they do if the benefits stopped(it would then be unfair on the kids),The kids learn no great lessons from there slobby parents.
I am from a council estate in North London and we never collected benefits(my parents) my parents now live in a 6 bed house in Bournemouth.I never used to see my Dad for him being out working to get us away from these people.I go there once in a while to see old friends and they are some of the nicest hearted people you could meet but have managed to follow in there parents foot steps(a big hole in the ground from tread marks to the doll office). Stop the benefits, They would soon realise what a days graft means!

Although I know some cases in which people had children just for benefits, the general reason why these women have more children lies in education.
It is proven that educated women have higher paid jobs and less children. Women living on council estates are usually women with little education which means they probably aren't well aware of contraception, thus they have more children. And the reason they shout at them... probably because they didn't really want them in the first place and blame them for their misery...

Well i used to live on a Council estate had 3 kids with surprise surprise my wife of 22 years .! at uni 1 at college and 1 at school.I have no dogs and i have never beat my kids.So therefore you know nothing about council estate residents as you put them all in the same bracket.I bet you think all Black people are muggers and all Irish people are thick as well.

Or do they get pregnant because they live on council estates, have no careers, other than being a cleaner or shelf stackers and can see no way out?
Or do they get pregnant because they think they will get unconditional love from someone, who actually, turns out to be more of a liability?
Or do they lack parenting skills because no one teaches them> How often do they say things like: It did me no harm!? when quite clearly, it did no good either?
Isn't it time we actually taught, in school, that you shouldn't have children unless you can afford them? That there's a world out there that has more to offer than sex, a council flat and benefits???
I tell my girls they shouldn't have babies unless they can afford the luxuries they have ie a bedroom of their own, riding lessons, tennis lessons, music lessons.
I hope they remember it.

Here in the US they have to pay for their birth control seperate. Some women have to choose between the pill and toliet paper. So they have more babies. It is not an economically smart choice, but they feel they don't have any other. There is no way to get out of the system without losing. I imagine it must be the same as what you are seeing.
The dogs are for protection. Although, if they didn't have to buy dog food they could likely afford the pill...

Well, what a sweeping statement! I think that the high number of children that SOME women who live on council estates have is due to poor education and limited opportunities in life, rather than a desire to sponge off the state - have you any idea just how little they are required to live on these days?
In any case, I think your tongue is firmly in your cheek!

I think yes they do the money single mums get is absurd i used to rent a flat and the flats surrounding me were mostly umarried mothers who had nearly new cars ,best clothes and money in there pockets which my taxes were going to pay for, people who have babies should be subjected to means tests, sure enough give them some help but if thay cannot stand on their own two feet then are they responsible enough to look after children.

yes you are right and people who do this have no education and want to trap the men and you know not work main thing is non education to have kids is a big thing and money would be spent on the kids if your single look after the money no need to have kids
