Dolls is a best ways for the toy.Besides you also can give them like board game is good for training the mind more easy to memories it.

No dolls, no Barbies! Most girls this age don't play with dolls anymore. I have 3 daughters and 3 nieces between the ages of 6 and 12, and if you don't know specifically their likes and dislikes, it is best to play it safe by buying the usual faves at this age: hair and makeup accessories, gift certificates for clothes or jewelry, and anything with their name on it.
The best makeup, since they are actually just curious now, is bronzers, glitter body gels, glitter nail polish, and lip glosses. Put it all in a cute, girly box, like a mini sparkly or shiny makeup box or makeup bag. Maybe throw in a mini hairbrush, a mirror, and some lightly scented hand lotion.
Some hair ideas: rhinestone hair barrettes, glittery hair bands, glitter hair gel, pretty brushes, clips, and bobby pins, and anything neat to use in their hair.
A hair and/or makeup idea booklet are also good.
If you know they are not into hair and makeup yet, you could always get them a gift certificate to a mall or toy store. Any kid would like that.

I agree with her...No barbies or dolls. I also have two daughters 6 and 9...Board games they love. CD's. KidzBop CD's they love it has all the recent songs they play on the radio. A CD player. Gift Certificates are also great. Every girl is different though My six yr old loves dress up and clothes. My 9 yr old likes games and she's not really into clothes. Hope we helped.

depends on the girl if shes a tomboy she'd probaly want a butterfly new or a cool bug cage.
if shes a girlly girl she'd procaly like a dress up set or vanity set
if shes artistic mabey a little art kit
or if shes a home maker get her a teaset, kitchen set, baby dolls or barbies

It depends on the girl. Most are still into dolls, Barbies, Bratz, and stuff animals. Some are starting to get into group activies,
sports, cheerleading, etc. The best thing to do is ask the girl or her parents what she is into.
