Does anyone know what solution will get purple primer off of a window?

Give good old Denatured alcohol a try, This would be the stronger type, not rubbing type. I assume you mean primer from plumbing fittings.

Scrape if off with a Razor scraper. or do you mean the window frame.

you have to gradually go lighter try grey primer then try lighter or white pigmented
