make sure that ur blog has interesting stuff and make sure that it updates mor or less daily...and then advertise it in nay possible ways

Well, you want to optimise your site well for search engines. Little things like making sure your meta tags and meta descriptions are up to date, valid and accurate.

Lastly, write well, link liberally, and write often! Of course, writing well would mean that what you write is interesting, or adds value to others reading it in some way. You also want to be consistent with your posts so people know when to expect an update from you.
