Dump tanks on wheels, for tow RVs.
Dump sites.
Pull through sites are preferred over "back ins".
Full time sites.
Overnight sites.

Outdoor cooking facilities
Competitive rates
Children's play area.
Pet considerations, walking area.
Trash facilities
I'm sure there are more things to consider, other than promotion and advertising.
