If you do not know what you want to do with your future... if you havent got a plan or a worthwhile job to go into when you leave school then do not... only leave when you have a plan for your future.
It may be boring and seem not worthwhile, but try to focus on what your strengths are and what you could learn in school in order to make them stronger and make your future bright.
I went to school and then went to university but after 2 years at the age of 19 i decided that i did not want to be in education.. i speak from experience and know how hard it is. i was miserable because i left college and had to work horrible and boring jobs because i didnt have any skills.

if you dont want to stay in school see if you could get an apprenticeship with someone in a field that you like and want to go into.

think again and have a look at what you can do yourself to make your present bright. dont always look towards to the future. make yourself happy NOW.

There are other options that just a school or colege education. If you can get an apprentiship, you will learn about how to do a trade, attend college one day a week and get a bit of money for doing it.

Some very highly paid people started off this way, consider plumbing, refrigeration (air conditioning) or telcomms. Plumbers are always in demand and skilled ones are highly paid, you will need some academic skills, but they may be easier to learn when applied to a real skill.

If your heart is not in the education you probably won't acheive what you want anyway. But whatever you do, don't drop out unless you have something else lined up.

Speak to parents / career advisor / aunts and uncles and get some real advice.

I feel exactly the same way. Education is annoying. I'm in college on my 2nd year but I'm there for another year because I messed up my first. But the feeling I had when I messed up my first year, I wouldn't wish that on my enemy. You need your education, because there are alot of people who have it and will be going for the same jobs as you. Alternatively, try and get a managerial position within retail. They earn quite alot!
