You wouldnt possibly know if you are pregnant after just one day. The sperm can live up to a few days after ejaculations inside the vagina and if your egg is still there you may not get pregnant at the time you have had sex - but can be up to 3 days after.
I took a pregnancy tests after I was ovulating and the first one showed positive after a week and a half after having sex. (Making me three and a half weeks pregnant.) I think thats the earliest you could possibly find out.

it is impossible to know at that early stage. The sperm may even fertilise the egg after 2 or 3 days.

i think you can tell, me any way when i got pregnant with my first child i felt butterflies in my stomach , but i was young and really didn't pay attion on it , then when i was a month along i got the news from my doctor, to me if a woman knows her body then you can tell when it happens

Sperms are becoming active and grown, some woman and girls feel it better that she become pregrent after 1st sex.
